The A2z life-skills programme is an 8-week programme. Each week, one module with a number of activities is taught. Each module per week has specific targets and objectives that should be met.

Our programme aims at enabling youths to appreciate who they are, the specific challenges they face, learn specific coping skills to manage social problems and at the same time encourage mental and emotional health awareness. The objectives of this training are to build self-confidence, encourage critical thinking, foster independence and help youth to communicate more effectively.

The programme focuses on training and providing an experience that allows the participants to find new ways of thinking and problem-solving in this modern era. The primary goal is to promote psychological as well as physical well-being. Developing skills that build confidence which in turn empowers youth to make responsible and healthy choices in their everyday lives.
